湿法堆浸渗漏阻隔技术屏障层包括哪些结构?
渗漏阻隔屏障层包括膜下渗漏阻隔屏障保护结构、高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)土工膜、膜上渗漏阻隔屏障保护结构。通过采用HDPE土工膜在堆浸场的底部和周边形成中间隔离层,结合其他的技术措施如黏土压实等共同形成渗漏阻隔屏障结构层,有效地防止浸出液污染水源及土壤,达到保护水源及周边环境的目的。
渗漏(lou)阻隔(ge)屏(ping)障层的设置需满足条件 :1)应(ying)有(you)(you)效(xiao)地组织(zhi)浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)液(ye)导排 ;2) 具有(you)(you)相(xiang)应(ying)的力(li)学性(xing)能(neng) ;3) 具有(you)(you)相(xiang)应(ying)的抗化(hua)学腐(fu)蚀(shi)能(neng)力(li) ;4) 具有(you)(you)相(xiang)应(ying)的抗老(lao)化(hua)能(neng)力(li) ;5) 覆盖堆(dui)浸(jin)(jin)场库底(di)和边坡,形成(cheng)完(wan)整、有(you)(you)效(xiao)、封闭的屏(ping)障方式。设置浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)液(ye)导排系统的目的是收集(ji)堆(dui)浸(jin)(jin)场内产生的浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)液(ye),通过导排盲沟(gou)进行收集(ji)处(chu)理(li)。浸(jin)(jin)出(chu)液(ye)一旦(dan)渗漏(lou)会给(ji)地下(xia)水(shui)、地表(biao)水(shui)和土壤造成(cheng)严重的危害(hai),同时(shi)造成(cheng)经(jing)济(ji)损失。
浸(jin)出(chu)液(ye)导(dao)排(pai)系统(tong)(tong)一般由(you)卵石导(dao)流层、导(dao)排(pai)盲沟等组(zu)成。浸(jin)出(chu)液(ye)导(dao)排(pai)系统(tong)(tong)的设置应及时有效地收(shou)集(ji)和导(dao)排(pai)汇集(ji)于(yu)库(ku)底和边坡(po)屏障层以(yi)上的浸(jin)出(chu)液(ye),并(bing)具有防淤(yu)堵能力。

在(zai)地(di)下(xia)(xia)水位高、地(di)下(xia)(xia)水丰富(fu)的堆浸场(chang)(chang)渗(shen)漏(lou)阻(zu)(zu)隔(ge)(ge)屏(ping)障(zhang)系统(tong)中,在(zai)库底渗(shen)漏(lou)阻(zu)(zu)隔(ge)(ge)屏(ping)障(zhang)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)下(xia)(xia)设(she)置地(di)下(xia)(xia)水导排(pai)(pai)系统(tong),边坡渗(shen)漏(lou)阻(zu)(zu)隔(ge)(ge)屏(ping)障(zhang)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)下(xia)(xia)一般布置边坡地(di)下(xia)(xia)水导排(pai)(pai)系统(tong)。地(di)下(xia)(xia)水导排(pai)(pai)从设(she)计及施工源头上遏制(zhi)堆浸场(chang)(chang)施工过程中及投入运行(xing)后可能发生的因地(di)下(xia)(xia)水收(shou)集和排(pai)(pai)放(fang)不畅(chang)而引(yin)发鼓(gu)膜(mo)现象,防止堆浸场(chang)(chang)的渗(shen)漏(lou)阻(zu)(zu)隔(ge)(ge)屏(ping)障(zhang)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)遭(zao)受(shou)破坏。
