土工布作为加筋布铺设在路面面层与基层之间可起到什么作用?
随着我国交通基础(chu)设施建(jian)设的快速发展,越来越多的新(xin)型(xing)土工合成材(cai)料应(ying)用于公(gong)路(lu)工程中。公(gong)路(lu)路(lu)面(mian)(mian)长期处(chu)于酸、碱环境中,新(xin)型(xing)耐酸、碱土工合成材(cai)料可以(yi)较好地应(ying)用于路(lu)面(mian)(mian),并起到防治路(lu)面(mian)(mian)
的作(zuo)用。
土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)作(zuo)(zuo)为(wei)加(jia)筋布(bu)(bu)(bu)铺设在路面(mian)面(mian)层(ceng)与(yu)基层(ceng)之间,可起到(dao)防治(zhi)反(fan)(fan)射(she)裂缝的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)厚度(du)(du)对防治(zhi)反(fan)(fan)射(she)裂缝的(de)(de)效果影(ying)响相(xiang)当大(da)。若土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)厚度(du)(du)太(tai)(tai)大(da),则(ze)会(hui)影(ying)响路面(mian)面(mian)层(ceng)与(yu)基层(ceng)的(de)(de)黏(nian)结状态(tai),导(dao)致土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)只能起到(dao)隔离层(ceng)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong); 若土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)太(tai)(tai)薄,则(ze)起不(bu)(bu)到(dao)防治(zhi)反(fan)(fan)射(she)裂缝的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。目前,土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)被(bei)广泛应用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程建设中(zhong)(zhong),以起到(dao)防护(hu)、加(jia)筋、隔离、过滤、排水等作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),但土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)在使用(yong)(yong)(yong)过程中(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)与(yu)土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)酸、碱或(huo)溶解氧的(de)(de)水溶液(ye)直(zhi)接(jie)接(jie)触(chu),这会(hui)导(dao)致土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)物(wu)理与(yu)化(hua)学(xue)性能不(bu)(bu)同程度(du)(du)的(de)(de)下降。土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)(bu)(bu)抵抗化(hua)学(xue)物(wu)质(zhi)的(de)(de)侵蚀,一方面(mian)依赖(lai)于(yu)(yu)原料(liao)的(de)(de)组成、生产(chan)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺及(ji)产(chan)品的(de)(de)结构,另一方面(mian)依赖(lai)于(yu)(yu)化(hua)学(xue)物(wu)质(zhi)的(de)(de)成分和环境条(tiao)件。
