环保领域对土工合成材料的关注点是什么?
目前(qian)(qian)我国环(huan)保领(ling)域对(dui)土(tu)工(gong)合(he)成(cheng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)关注点主(zhu)要还集中(zhong)在(zai)质量提升方(fang)面,对(dui)智能化等一些前(qian)(qian)沿动态有所关注。可(ke)(ke)(ke)导电(dian)土(tu)工(gong)合(he)成(cheng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)是土(tu)工(gong)合(he)成(cheng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)智能化的(de)代表产品之一,这(zhei)个概念(nian)最(zui)早是由英国科学(xue)家提出的(de),它是在(zai)传统(tong)土(tu)工(gong)合(he)成(cheng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)中(zhong)加入碳纤(xian)维等导电(dian)性物质,使之成(cheng)为(wei)导电(dian)的(de)土(tu)工(gong)合(he)成(cheng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)。可(ke)(ke)(ke)导电(dian)土(tu)工(gong)合(he)成(cheng)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)主(zhu)要有可(ke)(ke)(ke)导电(dian)土(tu)工(gong)膜、可(ke)(ke)(ke)导电(dian)土(tu)工(gong)织物、可(ke)(ke)(ke)导电(dian)排水板等。在(zai)固体废(fei)物填埋场防污(wu)衬垫应用中(zhong),可(ke)(ke)(ke)将导电(dian)土(tu)工(gong)膜与传感器等机敏元件结合(he),便于渗滤液渗漏位置的(de)在(zai)线检测。
目前我国已有少(shao)数固(gu)体(ti)废(fei)物填(tian)(tian)埋场(chang)采用(yong)该检(jian)测技(ji)术,例如(ru)内蒙古的(de)某(mou)危险废(fei)物填(tian)(tian)埋场(chang)、贵(gui)州(zhou)的(de)某(mou)磷石(shi)膏堆场(chang)等。除(chu)此(ci)以外,可导(dao)电(dian)(dian)土(tu)工合成(cheng)(cheng)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)还(hai)可用(yong)于被污(wu)(wu)染(ran)场(chang)地的(de)电(dian)(dian)动修复,其原理是(shi)在(zai)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)场(chang)地中插入土(tu)工合成(cheng)(cheng)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)制成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)电(dian)(dian)极,利用(yong)电(dian)(dian)渗(shen)和电(dian)(dian)迁移(yi)原理,在(zai)电(dian)(dian)场(chang)作(zuo)用(yong)下重金属离子污(wu)(wu)染(ran)物向阴(yin)极迁移(yi)聚集,处理结束将阴(yin)极及周边土(tu)体(ti)挖除(chu)。总体(ti)来(lai)说,可导(dao)电(dian)(dian)土(tu)工合成(cheng)(cheng)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)耐(nai)化学腐蚀性好,造(zao)价相(xiang)对较低,未来(lai)可能会应用(yong)于重金属污(wu)(wu)染(ran)场(chang)地的(de)修复以及固(gu)废(fei)填(tian)(tian)埋场(chang)的(de)渗(shen)漏检(jian)测。
